At first glance it is easy to see why they make this conclusion.
They are, of course, mistaken.
The actual dominant species is small, furry, cuddly.
And altogether Evil.

As a cat owner, I have been laughing for about the last ten minutes. I especially love the "purrrrrrr" and kitty rub in the last panel, after the appropriate pecking order has been determined.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is going to end in a battle royale between Mieville, Pintsize, Winslow, Momo, and Roomba. It is going to be bloody and messy.
