Gosh Tommy, that's really terrible. I know I'm kind of late on this; I was trying to think of something good to say, which was of course pretty futile. There isn't really anything I can say, except that I wish something wonderful happens to you, to begin making up for what you've been going through.

"Standing" in this case doesn't mean you're at your full height looking dapper and squishing shit between your butt cheeks. It's more like just lifting yourself a few inches using the power of your legs, remaining mostly in the seated position and giving yourself room to work.
I fail to understand how shoving your hand either under your junk or between the space at the back of the seat and your ass crack is a more advantageous strategy. It seems clumsy and awkward.
And that is my unintentionally irate response.

Walmart actually isn't a horrible place to work like I was expecting! It's just their policies that suck.
