I actually just met a girl with Gilbert's. I guess whenever she doesn't keep hydrated or have three meals a day she gets really sick, jaundiced, and starts throwing up. She calls it being visited by Ol' Gilby.

oh god I am glad I don't have that. I forget to eat and drink with astounding regularity.

I forget to eat and drink pretty regularly too and have never experienced that. In fact, my wife is constantly marveling at how I can consistently practically starve myself without even noticing.
