Emaline:
Nothing wrong with buying expensive chocolate.

Guys, my neck is killing me! I pulled a muscle at work putting on a sweater, and ever since then, it has been killing me. I couldn't really look up while I was at work, and as soon as I got home, I took a hot bath, and not I can't even look to either side! It hurts so bad I feel like I might vomit. I'm seriously almost in tears. My boyfriend made me a rice sock, so I'm using that now, and its helping a little.

I just want to lay down, but tonight's dinner is kinda complex, and I don't want to leave my boyfriend to fix it himself, and we don't have anything else thawed and I don't want to waste money on going out. wah wah wah abloo bloo bloo I don't know what to dooooo!

Lines:
Pulling neck muscles sucks. Try to turn your head as little as possible and use a heating pad (which I guess a rice sock is similar?). Also maybe try some ice now and then, too. When you think it's ok enough if someone touches it, have your bf do very light neck massages. Other than that I'm not sure if there is much else you can do. :(

Spluff:
Hot water on its own won't help too much, in fact it will probably hinder your recovery on its own. Try having a contrast shower, alternating between hot and cold showers every thirty seconds, beginning and ending with cold. It helps the blood to circulate and really relieves a lot of muscle pain. You want to cycle it about 3-4 times - it works wonders.

Emaline:
Yes, a rice sock is like a heating pad. Basically, take an old sock, fill  it up with uncooked rice, pop it in the microwave for a minute or two, and you have the best heating pad ever. Add various dried herbs(mint, lavender work really well) for extra effect. I've heard of people adding dried flowers as well.

I'll try the alternating shower after dinner. Which we've worked out ok. I breaded the pork chops and gave him a quick lesson on how to fry things properly. So we should be alright. Now, to go lay down.

Radical AC:
Buy a white helmet and paint it!  DIY, cheaper and more fun!
