I, uh, kind of figured that out at 12, so...not really?

It sucks when you don't have any nice short sleeve shirts so you have to walk around in oppressive heat in your nicest LONG SLEEVED HEAVY BLACK SHIRT to go apply for jobs. Oh, well.

I was going to advice you to just buy one, but then I remembered that you were looking for jobs.

Going for some sort of dinner since we're finished with high school. Not really that excited. I guess it'll be okay. Oh, and, we're doing a boy band as entertainment. Hillbilly boy band. All of the jokes are sexual in nature. It's going to be a smashing hit.

Two basic definitions, only one specifies and island as subcontinental in size. So I guess by that one, even Australia isn't an island (and neither are the rest). But by the other, any landmass surrounded by water (all of them) is an island.

oh well.

Dear guys,

I have a gig tonight.

Oh, and, we're doing a boy band as entertainment.

Oh hey so am I, I am playing "I Drive Myself Crazy" by *NSYNC. Rehearsing it right now. I think I am going to omit the key change. I'm too lazy to figure out the chords in the higher key, fuck that.

Love,
Me!

So I'm doing a play in week 2 (there are 8 weeks in term) and week 7 and 8, and maybe another some week in there - and was asked to do another in week 2 but don't have time.

My aim is to move up 100 places in the year during next exams. Hmm. I might, as my Director of Studies said earlier, need to think about my priorities.

Also clearly my plan to go to bed over an hour ago backfired on me.

Aha! But, the continent is Oceania, of which Australia is just part!

The criteria for a continent is basically a convention rather than a strict definition or standard and odds are that people will still be arguing this after we're all dead.

Love,
Me!

Hope yours went better. Our mics failed, the place didn't have a cd-player, so finding the play-back was a MESS, and well, we did the best we could from the circumstances. People liked it, though. The hillbilly boyband has been a kind of mascot for the drama department at school the last three years, so it was rather nostalgic.

And that's the end of high school. Time to move on with my life. Saying goodbye hasn't been too tough. I'm just really pissed at the computer people - we could buy out our school laptops for, well, as good as nothing, but they reformat them and install Vista on them first. I was going to give mine to my grandparents, but a 1 GB RAM computer with Vista? Let us stay with xp or move to 7, because this OS is pretty damn crap. It came with norton antivirus as well, which is a piece of software I loathe because it won't stop bugging me. "do this! do that! register you twat! buy! upgrade! get a new licence!" When it wouldn't let me close a registration window where it demanded my full name and address, I rage-uninstalled the thing.

I bet someone made the same comeback way back in the classical period when they were trying to decide whether Africa should be considered its own thing or not.

Liking comments on Facebook was the next logical step and I've gotta admit there've been times where I've tried to.

Guys I don't want to be up this early! But I have to be because I have to take my linen down to the linen room before 10am and then move out of my room by 12. Only problem: nowhere to go until 1pm tomorrow.

Have you seen this 'likeworthy' website? It basically just collates all the pages people are liking so that you can find them all in one place and spam up everyone's feeds with inane shit more efficiently.

Oh I don't like pages. I think I've maybe liked a handful of those, including bands I have met in person and giraffes. - OK I just checked, I've liked 21 pages and only two of them are not an actual real-life thing which I would say was something I liked if you asked me in person (they amused me).

Liking someone's comments doesn't take up any more space on the feed, it goes onto the comment itself.

I feel I'm pretty tolerant about other people's bullshit on Facebook but doing nothing but Like a billion pages everyday is the best way to get dropped from my friends list.

Like, I've actually had (now ex-)friends on Facebook who seemed to never post statuses or do anything else at all on Facebook, except Like pages, leading to "[Stupid Fucker] Likes "Some Bullshit" "Some Other Bullshit" "O M G Porely Spellt Bullshit" and 34 other pages". No joke. Every fucking day, man.

Bahahaha the *NSYNC cover went over brilliantly. I've never been more pleased with the results of me behaving like a jackass.

Helps that they paid me and fed me a huge fucking tasty meal.

I hope I never get used to this, I'm enjoying every second of the novelty.

Y'know I think that might make it worse.

I still haven't packed. College have let me stay an extra night because I had nowhere to go but if I go to church tomorrow I'll still need to stay up all night and pack my stuff up anyway. Man I hate this so much, I do not want to leave. Once I've acquired a home that I own or rent securely I will never move out of it, no matter how many children I have. They can sleep in cupboards. I've had enough moving.

So I was doing a friend of the family a favor today, by helping out at the party she was holding for her son. My duties consisted of serving drinks, cleaning the table, putting stuff in the dishwasher, make coffee and just sit around talking to my friend, having delicious cake and playing with a super cute dog.

I got paid friggin 1100 kr for it. Oh. My. God. Would do this again!

I'm up kind of late, oops. On the plus side I successfully made it back to my own room, alone, and am going to sleep (for whatever is left of the night), alone. It was surprisingly difficult to manage. This kind of thing doesn't happen to me, but evidentally there was something in the air tonight.

So apparently being 10 minutes late is being an hour early. So I didn't bother staying and went and had drinks with a good friend instead and we had a merry time. Tomorrow we're going swimming and I will try to be less blindingly pale. Yaaaaaaaaay.

I have a headache.

nice terrain, where did you go?

Van Buren, MO. Which was sort of a running Fallout joke with us, and also a hick town filled with very angry people. Once we mentioned that we were from St. Louis, people didn't take to kindly to us. Not joke. It also didn't help that I have facial piercings. We got ran off a road, and some lady yelled at us for telling her that her gas pump was leaking gas everywhere. So yeah...the people weren't too friendly, but the natures were beautifuls.
