Pure gold is so soft that anyone falling on the needles would just flatten them. Gold has to be alloyed (usually with copper) to make it hard enough to stand up to use in jewellery. More entertaining would be a molten gold moat  :evil:. But the electricity bill would be horrendous.  :-o

Buttsecks through a blanket would indeed be a surprise. I'll just go and pop my brain in the dishwasher.

No, no better.  That's not Fritz the Cat.  I remember reading the Fritz comics about 30 years ago, then Ralph Bakshi made the animated movie.  First animated x-rated movie...
