Trying it out now. Compared to full light it does look too orange, but I think I'm getting used to it. It's certainly more easy on the eyes than pure white, especially with the brightness all the way up.

Melodic:
It's easy to adjust -- and it even has sliders pointing to different kinds of light. By default, it's set to "halogen", which is perfect for me, but maybe not so much for whiter indoor light.

A Wet Helmet:
Nice.

I'm now using a small florescent lamp down here in the bat cave rather than the overhead incandescent lighting and this is much more comfortable on my eyes.   Given that I'm far sighted (like a mofo!) and am therefore very prone to eyestrain when working, this is great.

wonder if there is a version of this i can put on my crackberry. i am always writing silly memos to myself late at night. and i text way too much.
