Probably not, at least if renting cars works the same way as here, where they won't let you rent cars if you're that young.

So what is their transportation plan? Are they planning to ride buses? I guess that would work, I've never thought about it. I doubt there are train connections, and please don't tell me a couple of pretty young girls are planning to hitch-hike across the country.
