She runs a business where members of the public can just walk in; she has some manner of public liability insurance for that. Also, she employs people who aren't her, so she has liability on them too. Or she's been blackmailing the local inspectors again....

I kinda agree with Penelope here. I mean, I know we're all the 'Generation of laziness', but come on. Faye's a low wage service industry worker, and now she has a chance to be a real entrepeneur and make actual money, and she's complaining that it'd be too boring?
Okay Faye, but when you're a sixty year old waitress with no retirement savings, don't blame anyone but yourself.
