True story: It takes a pretty monumental effort for me to actually contact anybody in the forum for local hang-outs, such is my incredible social retardedation, that I basically have to screw up all my courage to phone people I talk to about 10 times as often as my "real-life" friends.

I hate making phone calls, I think it's quite common which suggests there's some inbuilt human distrust of disembodied voices (for good reason!). But I have a masochist habit of forcing myself to do things I dislike, so I am intending on working for the college telephone campaign again.
