The video games sites have been all a twitter about it for the past few months so, since it's coming out next week, who's going to be getting Red Dead Redemption?  Here's the launch trailer

My cousin's crazy about it, telling me I should get it so we can saddle up and ride out as a posse, but I don't seem as eager to get it.

Red Dead Revolver on PS2 was awesome. There aren't many western themed games.

I never played Red Dead Revolver, but the 'GTA with cowboys' descriptor most people have applied to this game makes it sound only slightly more appealing than an actual GTA game to me (read: not at all), and even then only because of the relative novelty of the setting. Money's kind of tight for me recently, so I'll probably give this a pass.

HELLS YES, I've pre-ordered my copy  already but I'm trying not to play it until semester ends.
