i've heard, though i can't confirm it, that the wbc actually gets a fair chunk of it's funding by suing the people who take swings at them. thing to remember is that self righteous fuckers usually love to feel persecuted. it helps confirm that they are the good guys doing their gods' work when the wicked try to stop their douche baggery.
that said, wouldn't it just be so fucking sweet if they bit off more than they could chew this time? a grieving family member might take a swing, and they're used to that but my perfect scenario would be for them to show up and find fifty or sixty mosh hardened metalheads waiting for them, and just staring them down till they back off with their tails between their legs. that kind of psychological humiliation might even be more satisfying than a righteous ass kicking.
