E3 2010 M-M-M-Megathread

Storm Rider:
Well Mask of the Betrayer is still the best game Obsidian's made to date, so I'm willing to be convinced. I hope that they can hammer what Obsidian's actually good at into the Dungeon Siege framework, though.

satsugaikaze:
Now that there are wizards everywhere in the industry, the screens of Crytek work don't really have the wowee-zowee factor they had a couple years ago. In fact, reading an article on Crysis 2 I yawned and turned the page. Still, visuals aside I'm prepared to check out what they're trying to offer in terms of the rest of Crysis 2.

I once heard rumours of a ninja announcement for Battlefront 3, but I suppose that was wishful thinking, huh.

bicostp:
I'll be happy if Valve talks about any of these:

Half Life 2 Episode 3
Team Fortress 2 Engineer Update
Left 4 Dead 1 DLC
Source Filmmaker

Boro_Bandito:
I highly doubt there's gonna be any Left 4 dead 1 DLC on the horizon from them.

Blue Kitty:
There is the Passing DLC for Left 4 Dead 1

--- Quote from: Storm Rider on 11 Jun 2010, 23:07 ---Well, one of my guesses was off. The 'gaming legend' reveal from Gametrailers turned out to be Itagaki's new game, called 'Devil's Third'. It looks like another Japanese response to Gears, but with more focus on flashy melee disarms/kills and less balls-out Japanese brand crazy than Vanquish. It's being published by THQ in their first attempt to co-opt the EA Partners business model. Gameplay wise the trailer looked pretty much like you'd expect from an Itagaki-made third person shooter, but the graphical style was a lot grittier than Dead or Alive or even Ninja Gaiden, for what that's worth.
