It dimly reminds me of the comments of Darth Vader when he engaged Luke Skywalker in battle for the first time, at the end of the original Star Wars movie, later called "A new Hope".
But it was not "This one has potential", more like "The force is strong in this one" or some such.

Sorry, did you just call it the original Star Trek movie? I am disgusted.
But yeah he did say "The force is strong with this one" when he was tailing Luke on the Death Star.

Yeah sorry I somehow always end up calling Star Trek Star Wars and vice versa.
