So with these guys, Trap Them, Black Breath, Early Graves...it seems that a lot of guys who grew up with Entombed have decided to start bands and release albums at about the same time. It's a good job Kurt Ballou can bring out that buzzsaw guitar tone.

I wouldn't say that Kvelertak have the Buzzsaw tone by any stretch of the imagination. Their guitars sound conventionally good, not like their whole rigs are vomiting while on fire.

They still tend towards the death n roll style though. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, I like the style. I just find it odd that there are a number of bands currently doing their own takes on death n roll, most of whom have only cropped up relatively recently.
