Do keep in mind that Scribd is a stupid funny creature that requires you to either sign up and publish something of your own to get access to complete articles, or makes you pay for an account. If you're really wanting a copy of the first 10 years of QC in a summary document (NOTE: it is NOT a transcript), drop me a PM and I can send you either a PDF or DOCX version.
EDIT: I also finally edited the SxS summary on the Wiki. It's a bit on the long side (and unformatted in some spots).
