I though CTRL-scroll was pretty universal in browsers for zooming.

Ctrl-Plus and Ctrl-Minus may be Firefox-specific, Masterpiece, but that browser at least does tell you they exist. On the top menu, go to View->Zoom and look at the choices. Both "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" show you their keyboard shortcuts.

If you're using any other browser, who knows?

Ctrl+, Crtl-, and Ctrl Scroll, are pretty universal - i use them all throughout Windows 7
