missed connection: french artist

Okay, this has been bothering for a very long time. I'm pretty sure it was this forum that I saw it on but it was a video of a French artist covering himself in plaster and then putting like feathers and stuff in the plaster and posing. I think his first name was Jacques.
I can't find it now and it's annoying me to death. Hopefully one of you guys can help me.
