Hmmm, you're both right. Poor Marten, Faye didn't even like him enough to let him get away with it. Yet another way in which Marten got no love from Faye.

Also, Angus will tomorrow be run over by a gangster after being caught in the crossfire of a drive-by shooting. For some reason* this will give him eye-lasers and a crew cut.

So, to sum up: Faye looks happy. TOO happy.
Then add something about this violating some fundamental law of the QC-verse, which will naturally seek to regain equila equale balance.
You know, Jeph could simply let Fay be happy for a while while he proceeds to shit on develop Marigold, Sven, and/or possibly Dale.
