Beat me to it; I was gonna say something along the lines of, "Gratuitous shot of Faye's ass ftw".

I don't get Faye calling them "minibosses". Is there a way to read that which makes sense?
--- End quote ---
Here, Faye is using the term miniboss to be synonymous with the word minion. A minion would be an underling of a boss. The bosses of Coffee of Doom are Dora and Faye, (or just Dora if you're a stickler) hence Cossette and Hanners being minibosses.
Border Reiver:
And as of 0655 EST, 23 Sep 10, here are the poll results:
Alternate jobs for Cossette that will result in lots of hilarity for us and less loss of business for CoD
Padded floor salesperson 12 (25%)
Panhandler 1 (2.1%)
Munitions plant worker (I didn't say it had to be safe) 10 (20.8%)
Product demonstrator at Costco 12 (25%)
Wait a minute, where's my fanservice? 13 (27.1%)
Total Voters: 48
Every once in a while I wonder if people are motivated by something other than there genital region. Given that the most consistent result has been for people wanted fanservice from cartoons, I'm thinking not, therefore today's poll will be completely fanservice.
You have been warned.

I think the term is "biological imperative".
Of course, you then need to allow for psychological twisting of that biological imperative, which travels hand in hand with social repression.
Put it all together, it spells "MO-O-THER"!
Sorry, not sure where that came from...

Unless Fay is referring to the band Minibosses (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minibosses), who are originally from Northhampton. But I don't see how that makes sense either. Could be one of Jeph's obscure music references that I would never understand if it weren't for Google.
