IDK if any of you have seen Food Inc, but the mainstream food industry is very unsanitary.
Even something as natural as food from an Amish farm once had bugs on it, and came out of the ground and all that.
No wonder she's so skinny...

It's hard to overeat when your food preparation technique requires seventeen steps to sanitize the food and anything that may come into contact with it, including the diners.
