K, I'm working on the upper left portion of the centre map. Walking around takes a while, though, so I don't think I'll do more than just that for now.

Grognard:
I got mobbed by mobs last night.
3 skeles in armor + 8/9 zombies + 2 creepers + an enderman:  most of whom were in armor!!

they killed me at the far end of my bridge tunnel at daybreak.

but I think I killed the enderman w/my flame enchanted sword.

I respawned and was able to recover most of my stuff.

That must have been a truly epic battle.

Jimor, my apologies but I got ambushed by a creeper on the steps leading up to your place. I repaired as best I could but I'm not sure exactly how it looked before so you may need to do some tidying up.

I've been exploring the southern portion of the central map. Probably tackle the southwest tomorrow.
