Bioshock: Infinite
RedWolf4:
(click to show/hide)There were a few bit's and pieces that foreshadow, like the baptism right at the start or very cerebrally the false shepard thing, because oh boy wasn't Comstock a piece of work as falsehoods go?
snalin:
(click to show/hide)That was a really well done hidden reveal. A thousand things was happening at once, Brooker screaming at Comstock, the drowning, Elizabeth shouting...
I do wonder about the alternative worlds thing, though. Elizabeth did bring her and Brooker to rapture. She did also say that their story always started with a lighthouse. Is Jack, the protagonist from Bioshock 1, a version of Brooker? I don't think so, as there's no Elizabeth for him. Subject Delta, the protagonist from 2, has his little sister, but I dunno. I might just be grasping at straws.
Seeing Rapture again was really cool, though.

(click to show/hide)It was nice to see that bastard of a city claim one more victim. I even felt sorry for that bugger buzzard, too. And that's the great thing about parallel universes, anything that can happen, will happen. But it might not necessarily happen. And yes handymen were such ARSEHOLES. Shoot the heart, they said. . . it's his weak spot, they said. . . [/spoilers]

(click to show/hide)I think it just means that, essentially, there will always be a Rapture, or a Columbia, or some other Utopian farce. That is a constant in the multiverse they've built. They've basically built themselves a form of continuity for the Bioshock franchise and I find it actually hilarious that Levine confirmed they were different universes before release. It was technically not a lie!
Also, I loved the twins so very much.[/spoil]
RedWolf4:
(click to show/hide)Oh yeah, those two were pretty awesome. Did anyone actually pay attention to how many times they'd gotten heads in a coin flip? *Chuckles* And also I think it's safe to assume that we all made unnatural noises whenever Elizabeth did something cool.
Or was. . . was that just me?
