Ever eaten goose? It's like someone decided "You know, I really like duck, but I wish it wasn't so dry."

When you roast a goose, you'd better be ready for the insane amount of fat that comes off. And keep it - it makes the best roast potatoes that can be made (some posh shops sell it for the purpose). But you end up with less goose to eat than you expected. I have it for Christmas sometimes.
