If you don't want to run it from scratch, get everyone to sign up to www.elfster.com and use that instead. I'm running another secret santa through that and it is SUPER EASY. And you can ask questions of your Santee anonymously and stuff. It's pretty awesome.

I would be in it, but a) I am terrible at this stuff, and still have to buy my family presents, and b) no one seems to want to send anything overseas, so fuck all o' y'all.
