A QC Chat?

Totally weird and random thought .... but has there ever been any talk of a chatroom for QC fans? I've read of an IRC somewhere, but could never find it.

There's the ustream chat, of course, but it's usually pretty fast and gets sidetracked easily, usually into the three B's (Booze, Boobs and Balls)
Or worse, gaming arguments discussions.
But I've also heard of an IRC channel for QC in there. Perhaps other ustream denizens know? A few have joined the forum recently...
