I haven't showered in like 6 days

I did an experiment this weekend. I locked myself into my room and didn't shower. Result: UGH.

Soap is bad for your hair! It is actually way worse than shampoo. Most conditioners nowadays have the same cleansing agents in them that shampoos do, but less of it. I think you can probably use this for any cleaning AND conditioning needs, sort of like a 2-in-1 except less terrible for you.
I shower every evening because showers make me sleepy and I use special salicylic acid stuff for acne because if I miss a day it gets awful. Also, I dance just about every day and I don't usually end up stinky after dancing, but if I leave it I will get stinky, so.

Oh God, definitely. Back when I was in a band, the rehearsal space we had was just down the road from a chicken processing plant. We rehearsed in the evening and usually finished up around 11pm or midnight, which is usually just as the delivery trucks are coming in. I had to hold my breath for a km in either direction driving past.

WTF. How the hell do you go without using shampoo? Unless you're trying to grow dreads or something like that, that shit gets rank.
