My Town's Hotdogs Can Beat Up Your Town's Hotdogs.

not really my town but Amsterdam had some amazing hot dogs. Forget what all was on it but remember my arteries hurting for a while afterward.

Sausages are usually ground and processed meat (usually offcuts and the bits no one wants) and can be pretty nice. Hot dogs are also known as Frankfurts and are similar to though more horrible than sausages. All of those hot dogs pictured would be improved by using actual sausages.

See, I would agree with this but it is ignoring certain brands of Hot Dogs. Oscar Meyer and a few other brands are terrible but Zweigle's is probably the best sausage I've ever had, of the Hot Dog or traditional Frankfurter variety and that is all Dog Town uses. Zweigles Red Hots and White Hots are both great, though the Red Hots are much much better in my opinion.

Hotdogs are the only food I've come across that is ALWAYS better homemade. I would wager with the right ingredaments its simple to make better hotdogs at home. My town's hotdogs are average. I've sampled hotdogs across the world and never come across one that was truly satisfying.

Guys i hate to break it to you but all the hotdog photos in this thread are in no way appetizing at all.
