Fuzz has started a new and bizarre hobby. She's now licking our plush blanket on the bed. Granted, Nick spilled milk on it last week so maybe she got a taste before we threw it in the wash, but we got it in the machine almost immediately and it's been clean for over a week. Maybe she just learned that she likes the taste of blankets? Do any of you have cats that do this? :psyduck:

lepetit, I have a cat that is obsessed with one of my couch blankets (a Tardis one) and she doesn't lick it, but...I don't know how to put it...she's a little too friendly with it. I don't know why. And the other cat we have will lick a person but will miss and continue licking the blanket/pants/couch/whatever, like he can't tell the difference. Cats are weird.
Also Kisa (the blanket weirdo) was vigorously rubbing her face on a friend's jacket last night. She really likes the things that this guy brings with him to our house. He doesn't always wear the same coat, but if he leaves whatever coat he brought on the floor, she will try to make it a nest. Last night he hung it up near the door, rather close to our couch and she was rubbing it so intently she almost fell off of the couch a few times. He says it's because he smokes, but we have other friends who smoke and she's never done this to them. She's just...odd.
