Jimmy the Squid:
Are they hypo-allergenic?

Lines:
Russian blues are supposed to be good cats to have if you have allergies. There's a few other breeds out there, too. I don't think there's a hypoallergenic cat though...

nekowafer:
Yeah, hypo-allergenic is not something that exists in pets with hair, even if that hair is short. There are less-allergenic cats, but that's the best you're going to get.

SonofZ3:
My cat is nice and fat, and is colored like a holstein cow. She gets half and half every morning, but isn't allowed outside because of traffic.

My fiance's parents have a miniature schnauser that tries to bite me fairly often, and since their house is close to ours it barks at me all the fucking time. It has a doggy door so nothing stops it from following me around and yipping with this ear splitting intensity. I have never hated anything more than I hate that dog.

Boro_Bandito:

This is my kitten Apollo, little ginger terror of the high seas. He is the loudest cat I've ever had, and he doesn't actually meow that much. He freaks out about nearly everything, attacks our older cat Morgan, who is an 14 pound grey tabby with white belly and paws, constantly, ambushing her around corners and chasing her around the house. I've finally got him to leave my rats alone, mainly because he's tired of getting bitten on the nose, though my oldest rat Altair will sometimes come down to the bottom of the cage and hang out with him, and they'll like, fall asleep watching each other.

He, like all kittens of proper behavior, enjoys getting in plastic bags.
