We love our pets!

Well fortunately Hedda doesn't chew on them so I don't have any fear of her choking, but I would definitely characterise her licking of plastic bags as "obsessive".

I've never seen any cat I've owned licking bags, but right now our older cat likes to push her face into things like blankets and pillows and couches and boxes and stuff, and she drools all over them while flexing her front claws and purrs, and Apollo just likes to get inside every bag he sees.
Lunchbox:
Tiger doesn't do anything weird. She doesn't even like the catnip and real fur toys I just got her. :(
I would say her only odd trait is that she sits on black things. If there is a black thing in the room (jacket, backpack, plastic bag, whatever) she will sit on it.
