We locked our dog in the bedroom during a party the other day because he is Not To Be Trusted around small children, and the fucker chewed up the door handle trying to get out.

I mean, yeah, the escutcheon plate was already loose, and we've been thinking about replacing the knobs in the house because they're cheap and ugly, but for fuck's sake...

Socks snapped at three people last night. Didn't get anyone. I didn't see two of the times but I'll take my friends' words for it. Scares me, don't like it. My friends who were snapped at say they don't think she really wanted to bite them but more wanted to be left alone. Feel really bad, one friend was very shaken. Thinking it was because there were so many people coming in and out of the house and about six people arrived at once which freaked her out.
She's much more like herself today, but extra lazy and sleepy so hopefully she was just cranky and had an off day.
