So ... I noticed there was a Knit thread ... but aside from a quick mention, there was nothing really involving crochet.

I'm an avid crocheter, I even have crochet blog that I just started, but there are a couple of free patterns up there already.

So ... let there be crochet!

Yay!  I do crochet rather than knitting, too. Here's a blanket I made, and a couple of amigurmi things.

I'm planning to start some new crochet projects over the winter break, so I'll definitely be checking back in here later!  Maybe I'll try out the beanie pattern on your site... beanies could be good Christmas gifts for my cousins.

Oh, definitely! And the beanie is SO easy. You can also mix it up and do a row or few of crossed double crochet to make it look fancier. I'll be posting some cabled crochet scarves, and a few more hat patterns soon!

I'm working on learning how to crochet (I can do granny squares and that's about it), but since I knit, I get confused, haha.
