Just a guess.

Right now, I'd probably like "We all knew it was coming to this, right?" However, the raw truth is, I don't want a tombstone. I'd prefer to keep on existing*, thank you very much.

*Numerous detractors would probably like to tell you I'm not living now, so I preempted them.
