The joke is that the Black Eyed Peas already appropriated Misirlou for one of their shitstains of a song, so of course Santana would recruit them to add to his own version.

Ahhh... sorry wasn't aware. I half thought the joke was crediting them on an instrumnetal since none of them play instruments (that I'm aware). It would just be Santana playing guitar and nothing else, but the credits would still say "feat. The Black Eyed Peas."
