Jens and I watched The Darjeeling Limited at Christmas 2009 and I thought it wasn't very good, but I think Jens thought it was. I have no idea what was going on in it so I didn't like it. I have simple tastes in films.
(By the way, when I googled to find that picture I accidentally typoed and at first got this which I find hilarious.)

Yeah, but they're pretty up-front about the imagery they employ. Wes Anderson is a crypto-fascist, the most dangerous form of fascist.

1) WHY IS ANYBODY EVER ANYWHERE SURPRISED THAT KHAR DOESN'T LIKE WES ANDERSON
2) I'm pretty sure I leveled the exact same arguments at Khar re: his love of lots and lots and shitloads of stuff that overtly uses fascistic imagery up to and including genuine Neo-Nazis in the "We hate sports" thread and he pulled the same stupid + transparent little bit of logical gymnastics whereby actual fascists are totally acceptable as opposed to things that seem vaguely fascistic in really weak and insignificant ways. Give up guys, yr weapons are useless against him.
