Is Hanners' horror (in Panel 4) just because she conceptually knows the Goatse is a terrible thing, or did she (in Panel 3) sneak a glimpse of That Which Man Has Been Frequently Tricked Into Knowing Against His Will?  I believe she's been protected from viewing it before, and she knew enough not to look when Marten identified it by name.
