Actually guys, I wanted to have a talk about employing Jussi as foreman. It seems that instead of employing qualified thread engineers he has been employing fabulously oiled male strippers who simply dress up in skimpy sexy forum engineers outfits. I got the Forum Engineers and General Procrastinators Union on one line pissed off because Jussi's sacking their members based around his subjective opinion of how defined their bums are, and I got the International Union of Lubricated and Unlubricated Male Sex Workers on the other line. They're also pissed off because Jussi is sending their guys into some of the most dangerous parts of the source code without proper safety gear.

Or clothes at all, in fact.
