I know some of you make music, I've heard and enjoyed tracks by a few forumites before, JC, Pat and Khar at least. But I saw no place for sharing/shameless self promoting, thus this thread. So post some links, talk about your own and preferrably each others music as well.

I play in a doom metal outfit myself, called Hylur. We recently uploaded a track called Heed No Warning, off an EP in the making. We've gone to a studio before and been pretty dissatisfied with the result, so we chose to record our EP all live in our rehearsal space, except for the vocals. i actually compose music for school, like on paper(read: computer program) with actual notes and shit. if i can make a decent mp3 out of the midi file of it ill post up one of my pieces for you kids.

I myself am in a desert rock/jazz/funk band/musical project known as Minimal Effect. It's lo-fi since we're broke students and have almost no money for new equipment, but we've had a pretty positive response so far. Below is our youtube channel.

i do electronic/dancey shit (or shitty dance, whichever you prefer) and i have a facebook page. a lot of it is 8bit but some of it is decidedly not.
