Ok. I was born female. I am perfectly comfortable with being a female and it is my gender. I am cisgender.

Graphite:
Basically ^. When your body's identified sex upon birth matches your mind's gender and there is no contradiction. The opposite of transgendered. The term was basically invented because people realised that there was no proper word to describe being non-trans, and it would be kind of shit if the opposite of trans were "normal" or something like that.
