Beer and the Movies

I've been looking for some feedback on a movie reviews website I posted recently.  Thought this was a proper venue to ask for it.  Some friends and I launched the site New Years Eve, www.movieboozer.com

We're going for humorous reviews that balance humor and legitimate critical evaluation.  We then compare films based on one beer (every film deserves a toast), to a six-pack (for the films requiring inebriation to view them)

I'm interested in any suggestions as to format, or writing style, or anything really.

Critic tip: Don't say things have been "raped", that is a terrible thing to say.

Also all the images are really distracting. Try to keep them related to the film itself, and don't break up the text with them. Try to keep them off to the side so the words can flow around them instead of being interrupted by some unrelated thing from GIS or *ugh* an image macro. Don't use image macros. If you need to resort to pictures with tired repetitive references on them for humour then you're not funny. Get rid of the huge archive column on the right side, or shunt it further to the right or to the top or something. It's a strain when the main body text of the reviews only takes up like a third of the screen real estate. Generally it just seems like you are trying to obfuscate the actual point of the site (the text of the reviews) as much as possible.

Also, be more funny. This isn't funny, you should be more funny!

I am disappointed by the serious lack of bear puns in the yogi bear review.
