I think this is probably the best thread for this post. My parents went to the bahamas. While they were there, they got two ounces of Jamaica's finest.
Blue mountain coffee. I need to pick a special occasion for this stuff. Is there a certain amount of time after which it won't taste as good?

Usually best to use within a day of grinding. If kept refrigerated or frozen then you'll still get a decent brew within a couple of weeks.

debating buying one of these soon, though probably not too soon because i still have a whole bunch of filters for my stupid drip machine that i should probably use first. i don't really need this gorgeous thing but i grind and drink a lot of fancy pants fair trade coffee every day and my current coffee maker sucks and i REALLY REALLY WANT IT. convince me it is worth it, coffees i mean guys
EDIT: i just did more research and it also brews tea! ahhh
