I remember watching a preview of that or something very similar a while back.  It's basically a prequel to Nausicaa, right?

It precedes Q on the Eva 3.33 BD/DVD, just as it did in the cinema release.  I've not seen subs for it yet (no one published a camrip of it to work on), and I have no idea whether the upcoming new subs for Q from UTW will include it.
