Star Trek Online!
« on: 29 Jan 2011, 21:14 »

I have discovered a NEW and totally AWESOME way to waste time AND money.

They call it Star Trek Online,  it's really EverTrek or World Of TrekCraft.      You get the idea.   Kill things,  collect stuff, gain rank,  kill more stuff...

Anyway... any other players out there?   We should form a Questionable Content fleet.     Give it a spiffy name like StarFleet Of DOOOOOM or something like that.

You're leaving out the part where you realize that you're being creepy.

Ironic.

This word, it does not mean what you want it to mean

Hijacking this thread to post this site where you can watch Star Trek to your heart's content as I thought the thread was originally supposed to be about.

Ok dude, first of all I'm not even American and I know that the punctuation is Y'all and that your sentence still needs are to make it grammatically correct ("Y'all are" for handy notification); secondly, this ain't QCD where the creepers go to hang out so you really need to keep it as far away from that as is even possible and thirdly, here is a handy definition of the word ironic but don't feel bad about getting that wrong, you're not the first and probably won't be the last.

Do feel bad about being hella creepy though.

I find it's best to define the noun first, not the adjective.

Back on topic, Bioware's other Old Republic games are really good but the MMORPG thing is really driving me in the opposite direction. Still, it's a shame this is only on Windows because I don't have a machine that could run it so if there is a demo or trial I won't testing it out anytime soon.

On topic? Dude, you might want to read the thread again. This is about the Star Trek MMO, not a Star Wars game.

I think we should erase the first dozen posts and commandeer this thread to talk about The Old Republic anyway. I am kind of excited for it? At least enough to give it a shot for a month or two, anyway.
