This sounds like a lot of fun, but I doubt I could afford it. Unless I carpool with someone, it's about $240 plus money for food, lodging, and all the touristy shit.

If I were driving I would be all "HECK YEAH CARPOOL" but I think Fargo to San Francisco is just a bit much. Flying is much more fun.

Goddamn I am going to try my damnedest to attend this. I would seriously love to visit SF and hanging out with QC peeps would rule. As an aside, if I do come, how long would people suggest for? It's about a 14 hour flight so it would have to be a minimum of a week but I'd dearly like to come for 2 or so. Is it easy to explore the surrounding region without a car as I doubt people will rent me one...
