I watched the whole thing live, was squeeing and singing along the entire damn time. Good freaking god. What a show.

Yep, I cried. I guess this is what happens when you get older, you get to watch all of your favourite bands stop.

Don't remind me, Dovey. I was shattered when Mclusky called it quits, and I was only 17 at the time.

Well, it's better than watching them fade slowly into obscurity over the course of years and years.

hey, at least they went out on a high...I wasn't able to be at the concert, but I watched it on pitchfork.tv (have mercy on me!) and it was pretty dammed fantastic. arcade fire were a nice touch too  :-)
