Christophe goes to school and is friends with a guy I had classes in high school with. I only know this because I noticed that our mutual schoolmate and I both posted in the same comment thread for something on Chris's Facebook. Completely tripped me the fuck out.
Also it turns out I already knew a few forumites in person without even realizing it, although they hardly count since 1. they hardly, if ever, post(ed) here and 2. I have known most of them since before QC even existed.

Yeah we had a Leeds meetup years ago, back when I was finding my meeting-forumites feet, and there were four of us there with a few others who could have come but were too lame. Yorkshire is quite a good place for hunting forumites!
