Thank you all for the kind words.
A couple of days ago, I recorded a fairy story by Tolkien, called Leaf, by Niggle. As it's 45 minutes long, I didn't post it then, as I wasn't sure it would be appreciated; but if any of you want to listen to an extended fairy story, here it is.

If you want to hear my voice you can listen to my painfully amateurish radio show where I not only mumble my way through inane facts and regularly stammer and get tongue tied trying to say things like "Loretta Lynn" and "Rural Alberta Advantage", but I accidentally press the wrong buttons while trying to cue up a song leading to about 20 seconds of dead air. Awesome. You'll have to skip ahead about 5 minutes through some PSAs and stuff.

Here is me. Though I don't sound great - it's late here, and I am tired and in a bit of a mood. But I had a go! Sorry about the slightly flat reading of the poem but hopefully its quality still shines through (in case that puts you off, it's not one of mine, it's written by a playwright and poet who lives down here.)
