Sorry, but I just came upon this

i shared with a friend today that i was planning on spending money on a nice, proper mattress this year and how i was kind of stressed by how much it would cost and how little i know about making such a purchase and she informed me that she just moved in with her boyfriend and now has absolutely no use for her super expensive, super nice mattress (his is better) so she is offering to give it to me, for free. this is so insanely generous i don't even know what to think. i am going to try to convince her to take some kind of payment for it because apparently she paid a LOT of money for this thing but she insisted she really just wants it gone asap so i guess we'll see how this goes.
either way i am getting a free mattress! a really nice one! i have been really exceptionally nice to strangers lately despite my life being horrible so i'm gonna attribute this to a karma thing despite the fact that i don't really believe in karma at all. so uh i guess whether or not you believe in karma, sometimes it pays off! life's okay.

Yeah. Mainly I'm pissed at CBS for enabling him to such an extreme degree. Beat your wife? That's fine. Menace sex workers you paid for while your kids are a few doors down? Okay. Insult a television executive? Now it's gone too far.
