I am not sure how you would have a wedding themed "retarded", unless you just had lots of people with serious mental handicaps show up. Also you could probably do a nice educational talk on birth defects, I guess, and what it's like to live with mental retardation. Not particularly suited to a festive or romantic atmosphere, I think, but I guess it is for you? You should probably talk to Tania about this, really.
